Convention Center Place FAQs
What is the Convention Center Place? (CCP)
Convention Center Place is a whole new way to save you time and money when it comes to planning, preparing or staging your participation in a tradeshow or an event. Whether you're an exhibitor looking for trade show booths, shipping vendors and promotional products ... a planner looking for meeting tips and community contacts ... or an attendee in need of business travel, hotel and city information ... Convention Center Place is your place to find it all.
Why did you create Convention Center Place?
Convention Center Place was created out of a need to combine and serve up everything needed to plan, prepare and execute an event in one place, on one website. Currently there is no one website that accomplishes this. We were planning a tradeshow and we got very frustrated that it was not easy to find what we needed all in one place. Given that the Internet is becoming more and more popular we thought the time was right to develop CCP. (Or Given that users are becoming more dependent on the internet)
Who can use Convention Center Place?
CCP can be used by Exhibitors, Marketing Professionals, business travelers and attendees.
What are the key features and benefits of CCP?
CCP makes it easy for the user to find everything they need for a trade show or event in one easy to use web portal. Once on CCP, there is no need to search the Internet and jump from website to website to source a booth, promotional products, apparel, shipping vendors, city information, checklists and timelines to plan an event. It is all there on the Convention Center Place portal.
What is the Convention Center Store? (CCS)
CCS is a website designed for exhibitors, and marketing professionals that brings together all of the products and services you need to prepare and execute a trade show or an event. CCS is like a shopping mall where you can find trade show displays, promotional products, apparel, shipping information, a trade show calendar and planning resources on CCS.
Why did you create CCS?
Currently there is no one website that does what CCS does. There are many directory listing websites that list tradeshow and event resources and vendors but you still have to jump from website to website to source and buy the products and services you need. With CCS, you get everything you need in one place and you get the bonus of the event planning tools and the trade show calendar also.
Who will use CCS?
CCS can be used by anyone planning or attending a tradeshow or an event.
What are the key features and benefits of CCS?
"One stop shopping mall" is the phrase that comes to mind when talking about CCS. If you are planning a small to medium size booth, CCS is your place to go. CCS has recruited industry partners to serve up display booths, promotional products, apparel, gifts, shipping crates and shipping vendors all on one easy to navigate website.
How do I make a purchase on CCS?
When you are ready to make a purchase, click the "Buy Now" button on the product page. You will be directed to the merchant website to complete the purchase. Please note that you are not making a purchase on the CCS website. Your transaction is with the merchant, who will accept your payment and fulfill your order.

What is the Convention Center City? (CCC)
Convention Center City is a website that serves up all of the frequently requested information an exhibitor, attendee or business traveler needs when planning to attend a tradeshow or an event in that city. Things like the closest parking, hotels and restaurants near the convention center. Yes, there are individual websites that provide this information but none of them serve it up in a consistent, easy to find, one click away web design.
Why Convention Center City? (CCC)
There are many websites that serve up information about hotels, restaurants, transportation, and convention centers but we could not find one website that served up all this information in one familiar, integrated dashboard that served up the same information in a consistent manner for each city. We found we had to click around several websites to create our travel plans, with CCC everything is one click away!
As a vendor can I advertise on Convention Center City?
Yes, we have a complete media kit available. Click on Contact Us at the bottom of the CCC homepage and submit a request.
As a vendor, why would I advertise on Convention Center City?
Each of the search result buttons on the dashboard of each city represents a category of services that business visitors to that city are looking for. As a local vendor, this is exactly the targeted audience you want to be visible to – business visitors coming to your city and looking for the service you have to offer! What better way to become visible to this audience than the affordable Ad space on the category button of your city's CCC dashboard?
